What foundation stays on long without a shiny look if I have an ivory to beige skin tone?
Nuetregena liquid makeup in classic porceilin (has 30spf sunscreen and oil free), with maybelline light pressed powder brushed over (oil free of course).
i have very light skin and it works great for me, stays on for a long time, great sun protection, not too expensive, and the powder keeps it on without shine.

The pattern of your lifestyle
The lifestyle and occasions of using the lipsticks must be considered while choosing the clour of the lipstick. If you are going to use this to your work place or a date in the night, then take care not to get colours like burgundy and purple as they do not suit the occasion.
The tone of your skin
The skin tone must be another factor which needs to be considered while buying lipsticks. Women who are fair should use lipsticks of bright or dark shades. They can even use dramatic shades which will garnish their fair colour.
Women with yellow undertones should opt lipsticks with warm shades which have a flattering effect.
For those with dark tones of skin lipsticks of wine, deep reds or plum colour will suit more. Those women whose skin colour is lightly toned brown shades, orange, beige or pink undertones look marvellous.
Your lip size
People who have lips which are smaller than the avergae size should choose lighetr shades to give an illusion of fuller lips and glossy.
The time when you are going to use the lipsticks
The light coloured lipsticks are preferable in day time where as one can opt for darker shades in the night. The lipsticks with glossy finish will add glamour to your evenings.
The texture.
The texture of the lipsticks must be looked into while choosing a lipstick. If you feel that the matt lipsticks leave your lips dry, then opt for something with creamy or sheer type.
The lip liner which you are choosing for using along with the lipstick must be a shade darker than the lipstick, but the family of colur should be the same. The lip liner should be used after apllying the lipstick.
