is sugar (sweets/candy) bad for your skin/spots, if so how can you help your skin and reverse what ever the sugar did?

refined/chemically processed sugar is not good for your skin. natural sugar (fruits) is a bit better. although, you should still keep sugar to minimum level anyways. nuts will definitley give you good skin. i’ve been eating them lately, probably like the past 2 or 3 months, and i have definitley noticed a difference in my skin. plus, i eat healthy and exercise. so, put the two together and you’ll look good and be healthy and happy.

How to Spot a Good Nostalgic Sweets Wholesaler

Not just because all retro sweets are manufactured by the same companies doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be conscious about where you source your supplies.  While the quality of the candies may remain the same wherever you get them, wholesale retro sweets still differ basically in the service they are provided.  While it’s true that the goods you buy are the most important, it will still always matter how suppliers make their merchandise available to you.

There are many things that a good wholesale candy supplier is made of but, perhaps, the most important factor is affordability.  Because you’re in it for the business, you have to make sure that your supplier’s prices allow you to make the most profit possible as a way of making your business achieve its highest potential for success as well.  This may sound like an easy job but it will still need you to exert a little more effort in researching about the best suppliers of traditional sweets on the Internet.  This is because it is so easy to put up a nice looking website and claim to be many things.  This simply means you have to extra sharp in spotting the wholesaler you want to partner with.  

Another thing you should look for in wholesale retro sweets distributor is consistency of supplies. You may get your products at nice prices, but if you have to wait a month to restock, that’s going to cost you a lot.  Besides, it won’t be something your customers would be pleased about so make sure you don’t give them reason to go looking for another store.
